This regulation is part of a set of regulatory documents to be followed by the crew of Dreamsky, with no possibility of refusal or not being aware of this document content. The purpose of this REGULATION is to inform all crew members and those who intend to join this V.A. about the main rules of Dreamsky. These REGULATIONS are available by Dreamsky Virtual Airlines available to all who intend to join the VA, free of charge. The use of the Dreamsky logos, among others, is for educational and entertainment purposes and is non-profit.
1.1. Dreamsky Airlines is a non-profit virtual airline whose objective is to bring together friends and civil aviation enthusiasts for online flights in a virtual environment on available simulation servers, through the use of flight simulators.
1.2. Dreamsky is V.A. approved in the IVAO network. Our IATA code is DS and our ICAO code is DSY.
1.3. Mission
1.4. Vision
1.5. Values
2.1. It is a prerequisite for participation in the selection process to compose the crew of Dreamsky:
3.1. To be admitted, the candidate must meet the above-listed prerequisites..
3.2. If some of the requirements are not met, Dreamsky will individually evaluate the possibility of admission.
3.3. Dreamsky reserves the right to refuse registrations at random.
3.4. The selection process at Dreamsky is carried out as follows:
3.5. The registration is unique and non-transferable, which means that under no circumstances can the pilot disclose or "borrow" his login/password, much less have two registrations on Dreamsky under penalty of banishment if he incurs these transgressions.
4.1. Dreamsky is represented by the crew, so it is requested that the regulations and codes of conduct in the online flight networks are followed. If any behavior by a Dreamsky crew member is reported in breach of the flight network regulations, an internal investigation will be opened, which may result in administrative sanctions for the crew member.
4.2. Flights must be ALWAYS online at IVAO, preferably, or at Vatsim, and registered through ACARS provided by Deramsky.
4.3. The crew member must use the following marking in field 18. Other Information at your flight plan:
IVAOVA/DSY
4.4. The crew member must perform at least 1 (one) flight within a period of 60 (sixty) days.
4.5. Change in simulation fee: Accelerating, reducing or pausing the simulation fee while performing Dreamsky flights is prohibited. Log with rate higher or lower than 1x/normal will not be accepted.
IMPORTANT: If the flight log shows the use of SLEW/PAUSE during the flight, it will be deleted and the crew member will lose the flight and the hours flown. We recommend that you deactivate the SLEW/PAUSE button in the control settings.
4.6 Pilot of the Month: The crew member to become pilot of the month must accumulate the highest number of points in the current month, where the number of points corresponds to the number of flights performed in the month (A), multiplied by the number of hours flown in the month (B), that is, A x B = total points. This rule aims to increase competition among pilots for the title of pilot of the month, giving greater opportunity to pilots who usually perform short and medium-haul flights.
5.1. Inactivity is defined as failure to take the first flight within 15 (fifteen) days after admission or maintaining an interval of more than 60 (sixty) days between flights.
5.2. Inactivity results in the suspension of the pilot, which may evolve into summary dismissal. Dismissal does not mean that the former crew member will not be able to rejoin Dreamsky, but his callsign and previous flight hours will not be reconsidered.
5.3. If the crew member needs to be absent for a period exceeding 60 (sixty) days, you must report in advance to Dreamsky through the email staff@dreamsky.com.br informing the callsign and the reason for temporary absence, which will put you in "Inactive" status on our website. This temporary absence has a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days.
5.4. After the above period, the crew member becomes active again in the Dreamsky databaase and must follow the flight operation rules above.
6.1. The career plan in the company is based on the rating he has at IVAO, that is, if the pilot is PP (Private Pilot) at IVAO he will also be PP at Dreamsky.
6.2. The pilot who obtains a new rating through IVAO must log in to the Dreamsky website so that the system can identify this promotion and automatically assign the rating in our system.
6.3. Dreamsky is not based on the number of hours a pilot has on the virtual network, but on their ratings.
7.1. According to the new privacy policies, when registering, the new member will automatically comply with the new rules established by Brazil (LGPD) and the European Union (GDPR).
Our privacy policy can be found here.
8.1. Failure to comply with any item of this regulation or the rules of the servers may result in temporary or permanent cancellation of the registration of the involved(s).
9.1. This regulation may be changed at any time according to Dreamsky's need and without prior notice. If it is changed, active members will be communicated via email or discord.
9.2. The crew member who belongs to Dreamsky can also fly in another virtual company, as long as our PIREPS (Pilot Reports) system is not used on flights of this other company.
9.3. Dreamsky Virtual Airlines does not support the practice of disclosing software and addons from "piracy" sites. It is strictly forbidden to share this type of material on official channels.
9.4. Use of the DISCORD chat server offered by Dreamsky shall be restricted to conversations of interest to Dreamsky only. Therefore, always use it correctly and for this purpose.
9.5. If you do not agree with any point of this regulation, do not register with Dreamsky.
Welcome to Dreamsky!
